Tom Cruise settlement over Suri abandonment
Actor Tom Cruise had settled a defamation
case with Bauer with both the parties agreeing to drop the charges. They have
also agreed upon to own their own expenditure and legal fees. Cruise had
earlier filed a $50m defamation case last month.
Bauer, a German media company which
publishes Life and Style and InTouch Weekly in the US
The actor had
also issued a statement stressing that he had been "extremely close"
with his daughter and Suri is a happy child.
