Mercedes-Benz on a record production
The annual production of Mercedes-Benz this
year is expected to touch 1.49 million units which would be a new record.
The company by the end of November 2013 had
already sold more than 1,322,500 cars and crossed previous year's sales
numbers. This has been mainly credited to the sales performance of new S-class
vehicles.
The company had
earlier reported over one million sales of its B-class which had been launched
in 2005. There are speculations over adding another plant in North America to
boost its production capacity along with its investments in Germany
